These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProvenFlow AI website at provenflow.ca and the services provided by ProvenFlow AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
ProvenFlow AI provides custom AI receptionist systems for dental clinics, including but not limited to: automated call answering, appointment booking, patient reactivation campaigns, and Google review automation. Service details, scope, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements.
2. Service Agreement
Use of ProvenFlow AI services requires a separate signed service agreement. These Terms apply to your use of our website and general inquiries. Specific service terms, pricing, and conditions are governed by your individual service agreement.
3. Okanagan Guarantee
Our 30-day guarantee applies as stated in your service agreement. If ProvenFlow AI does not save your clinic a minimum of 10 hours per month within the first 30 days of the system going live, you will receive a full refund of fees paid. This guarantee is subject to the conditions outlined in your service agreement.
4. Payment Terms
- A one-time custom build fee is due prior to system build commencing.
- Monthly maintenance fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required.
- Cancellation requires 30 days written notice to info@provenflow.ca.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
6. Intellectual Property
All content on provenflow.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ProvenFlow AI and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProvenFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
